A Little History About Us CEU Outlet and Seminars 2000 has been providing continuing education since 1999. Due to the growth of Seminars 2000 on a national and global level we have recently changed our name to CEU Outlet. We feel that this name better encompasses the development of our home study courses as well as our live seminars. We are still owned and operated by the same great staff! Meet the Staff - They Know What They Are Talking About!   Karen Romero, LMSW Karen is our outreach social work consultant. Her background includes working with teen programs, developmentally disabled clients, residential programs, and crisis intervention. She has been with Seminars 2000 CEU Outlet since 2000. She assists in the development seminars and home study courses. She finds speakers and topics for social workers and other mental health professionals. Meet Lyndsey, The Owner My name is Lyndsey Herrman, owner of CEU Outlet. I earned my Bachelors Degree from Kansas State University in Family Studies and Human Services and later received my Masters in Social Work. My background includes working with troubled youth, women’s prison ministry, HIV and AIDS patients and Hospice. I enjoy networking and finding experts on topics related to social work. My goal is to help social workers, psychologist and other mental health professionals to better understand the families and individuals that they are helping. My husband and I have 3 children. Drake 9, Trayden 3, and Paris is 2 yrs. We are avid sports fans and enjoy traveling from ball field to ball field for our son’s active life in sports!
