Q. How many pages are the books/booklets?
A. 3 hour courses average 20-30 page booklets.  The 8 and 15 hour courses average 1 CE per Chapter.  Exams Questions average 3-4 questions per CEU.   

Q:How long do I have to complete the course?
A: 6 months

Q: I renew next month, so can I order the courses and use them for my next renewal period?
A: Yes, your certificate is dated upon the completion and return of your exam. 

Q: How long does it take to receive my materials?
A: We mail out your course the same day you place your order.  

Q: How long does it take to receive my ceu certificate?
A: Certificates are processed on MWF. You will have your certificate promptly.

Q: What is a passing score?
A: 80%

Q: Can I retake the exam if I need to?
A: Yes

 Q. My friend and I would like to save money and share the book?
A. Yes, you can purchase only the exam.  The average savings is around $2.00 per handout booklet and $7.00 on Books.  Call for more information. (785) 845-8455 

Q. Can I return the book for future ceu credit?
A: Yes, depending on the book and condition. We may credit your account up to $7.00 on select courses.

Q. Do you charge extra for shipping?
A. No, our prices include shipping and handling.

Q. What is the FSHS membership?
If you are a member of Family Studies and Human Service  you receive 40 free CEU's when using your membership ID code.   www.fshs.us
