The ASPP has a concentration in diagnosing depression in children, adolescents and adults. Education training can come from Diagnosing Depression (based on the DSM-IV criteria), differential diagnosing, suicide education training, psychopharmocology, treatment, or other closely related topics that help to gain insight and knowledge on suicide.
The ASPP designation is held to our highest standard and is meant to be used as a competency tool for helping better the lives of those hurting the most. ASPP's receive 10% off all CEU trainings. Limit to 6 CEU's on personal memoirs.
Prerequisite: Ph.D., Licensed Master's Level Social Worker or those who are licensed to Diagnose.
